The Poly and Jabra offer a deskphone series of headsets compatible only with the Yealink phones. These headsets work only if the only mode of communication is the Yealink phone. The wearing styles, battery life, and roaming distance must be considered before choosing a headset.

Remote Call Answering/Ending Using a Handset Lifter

How It Works:

The handset lifter allows you to take calls by raising and lowering the handset to simulate the calls. It is the most common equipment for remote call handling in older phones.

Step-by-Step:

Answer Call: When you receive the notification about the incoming call, press the Call Control button. Your phone will be answered.

End Call: Press the "Call Control" button again if you want to end the call. After this, you can return to your phone to perform the other call operations.

How It Works:

Step-by-Step:

Answer Call: Press the Call Control button when alerted.

End Call: You can disconnect the calls just by pressing the Call Control button again.
